I’m a little surprised I have to list some of those features today. But good, reliable service seems to be a thing of the past. It may sound simple, but don’t be fooled by computer generated reports concentrating on zip codes. Properties on the other side of a zip code, or city could have a far different value. Computers are great, but they have not seen your house, and only know what people put into them. Some things still need the human touch. In technical terms the report is called a CMA. The computer helps arrange the report, but the properties should not be chosen by a computer. That is where I come in, and often times separate myself from the pack.
